We’re not real estate agents, but we are professional real estate investors. What if the house is in really bad condition - like hoarder issues or condemned?
We’ve bought more than one hoarder or condemned house and brought it back. You don’t need to fix anything! We work alongside a great group of service pros who have been family friends for years.
What if someone is living in the house currently? Do they have to move right away?
Sometimes if the conditions are not safe they must move, but more often we can work with the household and help find alternative housing. Because we’re local, we have compassion and lots of options for finding a new better space for them.
What if I need cash right away, but there’s not a lot of equity?
We understand and we’ve worked with this before. We can oftentimes STILL find a solution. We will guide you through the options and you can make your own decision. It may not be easy, but we will connect you to resources and choices so you can find the best outcome!
