The MK Project

The history in this home was dreamy, but the termites had taken a “bite” out of the joy a home should bring!

This home had history that went all the way back to almost the founding of Lancaster. We worked with the family involved in this home with gentleness - this family had has soooo many memories 60+ years worth. We wanted to give some extra time (a couple years actually) to do the repairs and make the transition. The vintage features were preserved and we honored the deep-rooted family history here. We cherished this restoration project and the family was comforted knowing that the home will be well cared for and preserved.
