The Front Cleveland Ave Project

This multi-family home was the last big obstacle for the former owner to finally get the retirement she had worked so hard to achieve. The home had a leaking roof, an epic bed bug infestation, and water damage in the bathroom that threatened the floor would cave in. It was causing stress for sure! When she sold the property to us, she was relieved and ready to enjoy her retirement - and our crews quickly got to work tackling each issue. Our crews work top down starting with having a safe roof over the heads of the inherited renters who desperately need not to have any more leaks. Next, all unwanted creepy crawlies were taken care of by M2 Bed Bugs with the help of their well-trained pups who identified the source of the problem. Finally, the bathrooms were rebuilt and floor joists were replaced and secured so the floor was no longer a hazard.

Now, the home has been restored and the residents enjoy decorating its vintage features and putting their personal touches on this fully restored home and the Seller is enjoying her retirement!
