The previous owners brought us this home off-market because they needed a quick, easy sale and confidentiality was key. They had already done many updates and were ready to pivot in their small family business within a different industry. They knew the inherited renters here would be in good hands as we also addressed the important safety items.

Before The Renovations

Of course, fixing up a house comes with its fair share of problems, but we work together with licensed professionals to systematically repair each issue. We had to fix the old slate roof, deal with gas leaks, and fight off pesky bed bugs.

After the safety issues are completed, we move forward with the painting and finishing work. Say goodbye to the bright neon green trim that didn’t fit the house’s classic style!! Our skilled craftsmen carefully repaired the original wood trim and fireplace and gave them a fresh coat of white paint.

But this house had more surprises in store. Hidden beneath fake flooring were the house's original hardwood floors, just waiting to be uncovered. Thanks to the expertise of our local floor refinisher, these neglected floors emerged, shining brightly once again! The floors that couldn’t be sanded down also got a coat of fresh paint upstairs with cool tones throughout that accent the vintage vibe with a modern touch.

After The Renovations

Even our kids pitched in, adding their creative touch to decorate and stage the house, making it feel cozy and full of personality. At Restore Next Door, we're firm believers in teamwork, and Mulberry #3 is a warm and welcoming example of what can be achieved when people come together with passion and purpose.
