At Restore Next Door, we believe in the power of transformation - and this house had a whole house make-over!

This house came through a simple conversation with a neighbor. Chatting about the weather lead to talking about a hole in the roof of a rental home. The owner was tied up with mountains of work and couldn’t do the repairs himself. He decided it was time to pass the rental house on to us and we closed shortly thereafter. Next, it was time for the transformation to begin!

We started with the roof! Securing that meant extensive repairs but it meant everything to the household still living there. The previous owner was so relieved and happy to help the current renters. We worked with the household to help them find alternative housing and a better location for a fresh start.

Our local service providers did an amazing job restoring the original floors, rebuilding the kitchen supports, and transforming the original space into a safe and welcoming home!
